When users click this link (shared through your CRM or email marketing platform), they’re automatically registered for the selected webinar session — no manual form submission required.
This is especially helpful if you regularly invite the same audience to multiple sessions or evergreen webinars, where repeatedly asking them to re-enter their details can reduce conversions.
✉️ How to Use It with Your CRM or Email Platform
You can add the One-Click Registration Link to any CRM or email marketing tool that supports personalization tags — such as ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit (Kit), GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and more.
Here’s how you can set it up (using Kit as an example):
Copy the Link:
Go to your EasyWebinar dashboard → open your webinar → navigate to Promote & Share → copy the One-Click Registration Link.
Customize the Link:
Replace the placeholders for name and email with your CRM’s personalization tags.

In this example, the webinar was configured to offer only an Instant Replay option. When the recipient clicked the One-Click Registration link from the email, they were instantly registered for the replay session—without manually entering their name or email.
