EasyCRM Integration with EasyWebinar (Native CRM)

How to integrate EasyWebinar with EasyCRM

Updated over a week ago

If your account includes EasyCRM access, you can connect it to your EasyWebinar webinars in just a few clicks, then automatically send registrant data, webinar activity tags, and custom field values into EasyCRM.

This article walks you through:

  1. Connecting EasyCRM to your EasyWebinar account

  2. Enabling EasyCRM inside a webinar

  3. Auto-tagging leads using “If / Then” rules

  4. Sending advanced values (links, dates, etc.) using custom fields

1. Confirm EasyCRM Access in Your Dashboard

If EasyCRM is enabled for your account, you’ll see it in the left sidebar of your EasyWebinar dashboard.

  • Log in to EasyWebinar

  • Look at the left side panel

  • You should see CRM stacked below Library

  • Clicking CRM opens EasyCRM in a new tab

2. Connect EasyCRM from Integrations

  1. From your EasyWebinar dashboard, click Settings

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Open the CRMs section

  4. You will see EasyCRM listed

  5. Click Connect

If you have EasyCRM access, the connection happens automatically.

Success Indicator:
Once connected, you’ll see a “Disconnect” status/button.
That means EasyCRM is successfully connected.

3. Connect EasyCRM to a Webinar

After connecting EasyCRM globally, you still need to enable it for each webinar you want to track.

  1. Go back to your EasyWebinar dashboard

  2. Open the webinar you want to connect

  3. In the Overview section, open the Integrations panel

  4. Find EasyCRM in the list

  5. Hover over EasyCRM

  6. Click Connect to Webinar

This opens EasyCRM’s automation mapping inside the webinar.

4. Add Automation Rules (If / Then Tag Mapping)

Inside the EasyCRM integration panel, you’ll see a rule builder with:

  • If (trigger)

  • Then (action)

  • Action Value (tag/custom value)

Example: Tag users when they register

  1. In If, choose: Registered

  2. In Then, choose: Add a Tag

  3. In Action Value, type your tag name

Example format:

  • registered: paid event

  1. Click Add New Tag

  2. Click Save

Your “Registered” tag is now created in EasyCRM and will auto-apply for that trigger.

5. Add Multiple Tags for Different Webinar Events

You can repeat the same process to tag leads for other triggers.

Example: Tag users when they attend

  1. Click Add Rule (or next rule line)

  2. In If, choose: Attended

  3. In Then, choose: Add a Tag

  4. In Action Value, type:

  • attended: paid event

  1. Click Add New Tag

  2. Click Save

You can create tags for every option available in the If column
(e.g., Registered, Attended, Missed, Left Early, etc.).

6. Send Advanced Data using EasyCRM Custom Fields

Besides tags, you may want to send specific webinar values such as:

  • Webinar Join Link

  • Webinar Short Link

  • Replay Link

  • Webinar Date / Time

To do that, first create custom fields in EasyCRM.

Step A — Create Custom Fields in EasyCRM

  1. Open EasyCRM from the left sidebar
(it opens in a new tab)

  2. Click your Profile icon (top-right)

  3. Select Configuration

  4. Click Custom Fields

  5. Click Add New

  6. Choose Field Type: Text

  7. Enter Field Name
    Example: webinar join link

  8. Choose Is Required: Yes / No

  9. Click Save

Repeat for any other fields you want to store.

Step B — Refresh Fields inside EasyWebinar

  1. Return to your webinar’s EasyCRM integration panel

  2. Click Reload Tags (refresh option)

  3. Open Advanced Settings → Custom Fields

You should now see your newly created custom fields listed.

Step C — Map Custom Fields

  1. In Custom Fields, locate the field you created
    Example: webinar join link

  2. Match it with the corresponding EasyWebinar value
(Join link, replay link, date, etc.)

  3. Click Save

Now EasyWebinar will pass these values to EasyCRM for every lead.

7. What Gets Sent to EasyCRM?

Once your tags and fields are mapped:

  • Every new registration automatically creates/updates a lead in EasyCRM

  • Your tag rules apply based on user behavior

    • Registered → adds Registered tag

    • Attended → adds Attended tag

    • Left Early / Missed → adds those tags too

  • Any mapped custom fields are stored in the lead profile

    • Join link

    • Replay link

    • Date/time

    • Any other field you added

✅ Result: EasyCRM becomes your single source of truth for webinar leads and engagement.
