Understanding Your EasyWebinar Analytics Dashboard

When you’re running webinars, data isn’t just helpful—it's essential. EasyWebinar’s built-in analytics give you a clear, detailed view of how your webinar is performing at every stage, from registration to attendance and engagement.

Updated yesterday

In this guide, we’ll walk you through each key area of the Analytics section and show how to use these insights to optimize your webinars.

Where to Find Your Analytics

Inside your webinar dashboard, the Analytics tab is the final option in the toolbar. This section houses all performance metrics for your webinar, helping you understand:

  • Who visited your registration page

  • How many people registered

  • How many attendees showed up live

  • How many watched the replay

  • Engagement activities during the webinar

  • Sales and revenue metrics (coming soon)

Visitor, Registration & Attendance Metrics

At the top of the Analytics dashboard, you’ll find a summary of your core performance metrics:

  • Unique Visitors – The number of people who landed on your registration page

  • Registrations – How many visitors opted in

  • Live Attendees – The number of people who attended the live webinar

  • Replay Views – How many watched your replay

These insights help you identify bottlenecks—for example, high traffic but low registrations could indicate messaging or page optimization issues.

Segment Your Analytics by Date Range

The built-in calendar filter allows you to analyze your data over any custom date range.
Simply select the start and end dates—for example, November 13th to 14th—and EasyWebinar will instantly update all metrics to show results for that period.

This helps you compare performance around specific campaigns, launches, or traffic spikes.

Visitor & Registration Summary Graph

For deeper insight, the Visitor/Registration Summary graph visualizes your webinar performance over time.

Tracking these daily patterns helps you identify which days or marketing efforts drove the most interest.

Event Activity: Engagement During the Webinar

The Event Activity section shows you what happened during a specific session. You can choose the session date from the dropdown and view details such as:

  • Poll views and clicks

  • Offer views, clicks, and conversions

  • Number of attendees

  • Drop-off points

If you published offers or polls, you’ll see exactly how your audience interacted with each element.

Export Questions & CTA Interaction Data

Under the Questions tab, you can:

  • View all questions asked during the event

  • Filter by specific keywords

  • Export the questions to a CSV file for easy review and follow-up

You can also export data for CTAs—such as offers and polls—to a CSV file. This includes:

  • Number of views

  • Number of clicks

  • Number of conversions

  • Engagement levels across multiple CTAs

This is invaluable for refining your offers and improving future webinars.

Audience Location Insights

The analytics dashboard also provides a global view of where both visitors and registrants are coming from. This helps you:

  • Understand your geographic reach

  • Tailor your messaging or scheduling

  • Optimize campaigns by region

Registrant History & User-Level Insights

Under Registrant History, you can explore detailed metrics for each attendee, including:

  • Watch percentage (attendance duration)

  • Whether they watched the live session or the replay

  • Which session time they joined

  • Their time zone

  • Name and email address

This detailed breakdown helps you identify high-intent leads, follow up more effectively, and improve your event strategy.
