How to Change the Webinar Room Language
Step 1: Open Webinar Settings
Log in to your EasyWebinar account and open the webinar you would like to edit.
Navigate to:
βCustom β General Settings
Step 2: Select the Webinar Room Language
Inside the General Settings area, you will see the option to choose the Webinar Room Language.
You can select from multiple supported languages, including:
Spanish
Japanese
French
Italian
Hindi
Danish
Arabic
And more
Once selected, all the interface elements inside the Live Room will automatically appear in the chosen language.
This includes:
Buttons
Chat labels
Polls
Questions section
Notifications
Camera and microphone settings
Green Room prompts
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Once you have selected your preferred language settings, click Save Changes.
Step 4: Enter the Live Room
After saving, enter the Live Room to verify the changes.
You will notice that:
The webinar room interface updates immediately
Green Room messaging appears in the selected language
Presenters and moderators entering the room will also see the translated interface
Allowing Attendees to Change the Language from Their End
In addition to setting a default language for the webinar room, attendees and presenters can also change the interface language directly from inside the Live Room.
For example:
A webinar may be hosted in English
An attendee who speaks Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or another language can switch the interface to their preferred language
This helps users better understand the webinar controls and navigation
To change the language from inside the Live Room:
Open the language selector inside the webinar room
Choose your preferred language
The webinar room interface will update automatically
This feature helps create a more accessible and global webinar experience for attendees across different regions and languages.
