A New Q&A Button in the Live Room
Inside the EasyWebinar live room host panel, you will now notice a newly added Q&A button. This button enables attendees to submit questions during the webinar in a structured and organized way.
The same Q&A button is also available on the attendee side, making it easy for participants to ask questions whenever they need clarification or want to engage with the presenter.
When an attendee clicks the Q&A button, they can type their question into the question box. For example:
“What is the best way to generate more sales?”
Once the attendee clicks the Submit Question button, the question is immediately visible to both the host and the moderator.
How Hosts and Moderators Can Manage Questions
The Q&A panel gives hosts and moderators several ways to interact with submitted questions.
1. View and Monitor Incoming Questions
All questions submitted by attendees appear in the Q&A section, allowing hosts and moderators to monitor them in real time.
2. Like or Upvote Questions
Hosts and moderators can like or upvote questions, helping highlight the most relevant or frequently asked topics. This makes it easier to identify which questions should be addressed first during the webinar.
3. Send Direct Responses
Hosts and moderators can respond directly within the Q&A panel.
For example, if someone asks about generating more sales, the host might reply:
“You can consider using strategies such as social media advertising or targeted campaigns.”
Once the response is submitted, the attendee will immediately see the message from the host or moderator.
4. Answer Questions Live
Another powerful option is to answer questions live during the webinar.
When a host chooses this option:
The question is displayed for all attendees in the webinar room.
The host can respond to it verbally during the live session.
This approach encourages real-time interaction and keeps the audience engaged.

During a live event, attendees may ask multiple questions such as:
