1. Dashboard Overview
When you access the Automated Gold Webinar Overview, you’ll first see two key statistics:
Unique Visitors: The number of distinct users who have viewed your webinar registration page.
Registrants: The total number of people who have signed up for your webinar.
These insights help you track engagement and assess the performance of your automated webinar campaign.
2. Managing Webinar Scheduling
To configure or adjust your webinar schedule:
Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the overview page.
Select Edit Schedule or Edit Settings from the dropdown menu, depending on what you want to modify.
Once inside Edit Schedule, you’ll find several flexible options to optimize your automated webinar delivery.
3. Understanding Scheduling Options
The Automated Gold Webinar gives you multiple ways to schedule and deliver your sessions, ensuring the best experience for your audience.
a. Just-In-Time Sessions
The Just-In-Time option allows visitors to join a webinar session shortly after they land on your registration page.
You can schedule sessions to start every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, based on the attendee’s local time zone.
This feature creates the impression of a live event about to begin, increasing urgency and improving registration-to-attendance conversion rates.
Example:
If a visitor lands on your page at 2:10 PM and you’ve set 15-minute intervals, they’ll be able to join a session starting at 2:15 PM in their own time zone.
b. Instant Replay
The Instant Replay feature allows attendees to immediately watch a replay of your webinar after it has ended.
This ensures that even if they miss a scheduled time, they can still access the content instantly — without waiting for the next session.
Enabling Instant Replay helps maximize attendance and provides a seamless viewing experience for latecomers or visitors who prefer on-demand access.
c. Recurring Schedule
With the Recurring Schedule option, you can set your automated webinar to run repeatedly on a daily or weekly basis.
You can also specify how many sessions or time slots you want to offer within those intervals.
All recurring sessions automatically adjust to the attendee’s local time zone, ensuring global accessibility without any manual time conversion — a key feature of evergreen webinars.
4. Display Settings
In the Edit Settings section, you can customize how your webinar sessions appear on the registration page
Sessions Displayed: Choose how many upcoming webinar sessions should be visible to visitors on the registration page.
Just-In-Time, Instant Replay, and Scheduled Sessions: Select which of these options should be shown and available to registrants.
Blackout Dates: Block out specific dates where you don’t want any webinars to run — ideal for holidays, maintenance, or specific blackout periods.
Once you’ve made your selections, click Update Schedule to apply and save your changes.
5. Summary
The Automated Gold Webinar Overview gives you everything you need to manage your evergreen webinar schedule efficiently.
With options like Just-In-Time, Instant Replay, and Recurring Scheduling, you can deliver an always-available experience that matches your audience’s convenience — while maintaining full control over timing, chat visibility, and blackout dates.
