3. Editing Webinar Settings

In the Edit Settings section, you can configure how your automated webinar sessions are displayed and how registrations are handled.

  • Number of Sessions Displayed: Choose how many upcoming automated webinar sessions should be visible to potential registrants on your registration page.
This ensures that visitors only see the most relevant upcoming sessions while keeping your registration page neat and easy to navigate.

  • Allow Registration While the Session Is Live:
Enabling this option allows new attendees to register and join even after a session has already started.

This is particularly useful for automated webinars that run continuously or start at frequent intervals it ensures you don’t miss potential leads who arrive a few minutes late or during an ongoing session.

If this option is turned off, registration will close once the session begins, and late visitors will need to register for a future time slot instead.

After making your desired changes, click Update Schedule to save and apply your settings.

4. Viewing Sessions

Below the settings area, you’ll see three tabs that categorize your webinar sessions:

  • Upcoming Sessions: Displays all scheduled automated webinars that have not yet occurred.

    • Total registrations,

    • Attended and missed counts, and

    • The attendance rate for each session.
