πŸ“Š Dashboard Overview

The People Dashboard displays a list of all registrants across your events. Each record includes the following key details:

  • Name – The registrant’s full name.

  • Email – The email address used during registration.

  • Country – The country the registrant is from.

  • Event Name – The title of the webinar the user registered for.

  • Type – Indicates whether it’s a Live, Automated, or Replay webinar.

  • Session Date – The date and time of the webinar session.

  • Attendee Timezone – The timezone selected by the attendee.

  • Signup Date – The date when the registration was completed.

  • Event Attended / Replay Attended – Displays attendance status and whether the user watched the replay.

This gives you a centralized view of all participant activity across your events.

πŸ” Filtering Options

The Filter Panel allows you to segment and view data based on specific conditions.

You can filter your audience by:

  • Webinar Session

  • Session Date

  • Signup Date

  • Username or Phone Number

  • CTA (Call-to-Action) Engagement

  • Replay Watch Status

  • UTM Parameters (to track marketing sources)

  • Registration Source

  • Device, Browser, or Location

πŸ“ˆ Example: Attendance Percentage Filter

If you want to find attendees who watched more than 10% of your event:

  1. Click on Add Filter.

  2. Select Event Room Attendance Rate.

  3. Set the condition to Greater Than 10%.

  4. Click Apply.

This will show you a list of users who attended at least 10% of your webinar.

Instead of reapplying the same filters repeatedly, you can save your filter setup for quick future access.

You can export your filtered or full registrant list for analysis or reporting purposes.

  • Supported formats: CSV and Excel (.xlsx)

  • Use the Export option at the top right of the dashboard to download the data.
