How to Embed and Customize the Webinar Registration Widget

The EasyWebinar Registration Widget lets visitors register for your webinar directly from your website. Customize its design, form fields, and post registration redirect to match your brand and registration needs.

Access and Embed the Registration Widget

Navigate to your webinar's Content tab and scroll down to the Registration Widget section. Copy the widget code and paste it into your website wherever you want the registration form to appear. The widget can be accessed from the Share section as well.

Customize the Widget Design

Click View and Customize to personalize the widget to match your website.

You can customize options such as:

  • Widget layout: Choose between a popup and an inline form.

  • Design elements: Add a headline or countdown timer and customize background colors, button colors, and other visual elements.

  • Redirect settings: Send registrants to the EasyWebinar thank you page or enter a custom URL under the Thank You Options.

  • Custom CSS: Apply additional styling to refine the widget's appearance.

Configure Your Registration Form

Click Settings to customize the information collected from registrants. By default, the form collects the registrant's full name and email address.

You can also:

  • Add phone numbers: Enable the phone number field, customize its placeholder text, and make it mandatory if required.

  • Create custom fields: Add fields to collect additional information, such as age. Select the appropriate field type, configure the placeholder text, and set mandatory requirements and validation messages where available.

These options help you collect the information you need while tailoring the registration experience to your audience.

Save, Publish, and Embed

Once you have finished customizing the widget and registration form, save and publish your changes. Copy the updated widget code and paste it into your website.

Your visitors can now register for your webinar directly from your website, with their registrations captured in EasyWebinar.

Tip: Test the embedded widget before sharing your website to ensure the form displays correctly, required fields work as expected, and the post-registration redirect takes visitors to the intended page.
