How to Integrate an EasyWebinar Widget into a GoHighLevel Landing Page
Updated over 3 months ago

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of embedding an EasyWebinar widget into a GoHighLevel landing page. This integration allows you to seamlessly present webinars and capture leads directly from your marketing funnel.

Step 1: Access Your EasyWebinar Account

Begin by logging into your EasyWebinar account. Here, you'll create or customize a widget for your webinar.

Step 2: Customize Your Widget

Once you're in your EasyWebinar dashboard, select the widget you wish to use. You can choose between a popover embed or an inline form. For this demonstration, we'll use the popover option.

  • Customization Options:

    • Adjust background colors to match your branding.

    • Add a headline and sub-headline to capture your audience's attention.

After finalizing your customizations, click Save and then Publish. This will generate the embed code you'll need for the next step.

Step 3: Copy the Embed Code

Once your widget is published, grab the provided embed code. You'll use this code to integrate the widget into your GoHighLevel landing page.

Step 4: Navigate to GoHighLevel

Now, head over to your GoHighLevel account. Within the dashboard, locate the Sites section, where you’ll find all your landing pages.

  • Choose whether you want to create a new funnel from scratch or use an existing template. For this tutorial, we will work with an existing template.

Step 5: Add the Embed Code

To integrate your EasyWebinar widget, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Add Element (plus) button.

  2. Navigate to the Custom section and select Code.

  3. Open the code editor to insert your embed code.

Step 6: Save and Publish

It’s essential to remember that the embedded code won’t be visible in the preview mode. Therefore, make sure to Save and Publish your changes. Only after publishing will the EasyWebinar widget appear on your landing page.

Step 7: Verify the Integration

Once your page is published, navigate to it and look for the pop-up button from EasyWebinar. You should see the button integrated smoothly, allowing visitors to register for your webinar.
