EasyWebinar makes it simple to set up and manage replay functionality for your live events, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to connect with your audience.
Enabling Webinar Replays
By default, replay functionality is disabled. To get started, navigate to the Replay section within your webinar settings and toggle Enable Replay.
From here, you can configure how long the replay will be available:
No expiration: Keep your replay evergreen, available indefinitely.
Timed expiration: Set a custom duration, such as 48 hours or 2 days, depending on your marketing strategy.
Note: The expiration countdown will get updated only when sending unique replay links.
Redirect Options for Expired Replays
Rather than leaving your attendees at a dead-end when a replay expires, EasyWebinar allows you to redirect them to a URL of your choice. This could be:
Your checkout page to encourage purchases.
The registration page for future webinars.
Any other external URL that aligns with your sales or engagement goals.
This feature helps you capture potential leads and continue monetizing your content even after the live session has ended.
Customizing Your Replay Content
EasyWebinar gives you two options for replay content:
Webinar Replica: This is an exact copy of your live session, including all videos, offers, polls, and settings. It’s ideal if you want the replay to mirror the live experience precisely.
2. Custom Build: This option allows you to create a completely unique replay experience. You can:
Upload a new video from a previous webinar or your media library.
Use videos hosted on platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Amazon S3, or Wistia.
Add new polls, offers, and engagement elements distinct from your original webinar.
Reconfigure chatbox settings, choosing between the native question box or a third-party option.
