1. Welcome Email
The Welcome Email is automatically sent to registrants right after they sign up for your webinar. It helps confirm their registration and provides event details such as the date, time, and join link.
How to Create or Edit the Welcome Email
Go to your Notifications tab in EasyWebinar.
Toggle the switch ON to enable it.
Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the Welcome Email and select Edit.
Editing the Email
When you open the editor:
The right-hand side displays your email settings (Subject line, Heading, Message, etc.).
The left-hand side shows a preview of how the email will look.
You can:
Write the email content in any language.
Customize the Subject Line, Heading, and Message.
Use shortcodes to personalize your email.
Using Shortcodes
To the right of the message box, click on the “<>” Shortcode icon to insert dynamic fields such as:
{first_name}{email}{event_link}{event_date}
These shortcodes automatically populate with each registrant’s details.
Additional Options
You can also:
Customize the Button Text (CTA) — for example, “Join the Webinar.”
Enable Calendar Buttons to let users add the event to their calendar.
Add Social Sharing Options to help users share the event.

2. Webinar Reminder Emails
The Webinar Reminders help keep your attendees informed and ensure they don’t miss your event. You can create multiple reminder emails based on your schedule.
How to Create Webinar Reminder Emails
In the Notifications tab, click Add New under Webinar Reminders.
Choose when you’d like the reminder to be sent:
Customize the email content — add your Subject Line, Heading, Message, CTA button, and Shortcodes.
Click Save to confirm the settings.
Use the Send Test Email option to check how it appears to attendees.
