V2 - Introducing EasyCast: Stream Your Webinars to Multiple Platforms with EasyWebinar

EasyCast lets you live stream your webinars to multiple platforms at once, starting with YouTube and now including Custom RTMP (with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram coming soon).

Updated over a week ago

Whether you’re hosting a live event, virtual workshop, or thought-leadership webinar, EasyCast ensures your message reaches your audience where they already are.

Why Use EasyCast

  • One-click multi-platform broadcasting (YouTube now, more soon).

  • Direct streaming from your webinar’s Green Room, no extra software.

  • Custom RTMP for Twitch, OBS, StreamYard, Vimeo Live, and any RTMP-enabled platform.

🔧 How EasyCast Works

Getting started with EasyCast is simple and intuitive. Here’s a quick overview of how to set it up:

Step 1: Access EasyCast

  1. Log in to your EasyWebinar dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  3. Click the EasyCast tab.

Here you’ll see all available streaming destinations:

  • YouTube (ready now)

  • Custom RTMP (new)

  • Coming soon: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

💡 Tip: You can also open EasyCast directly inside any webinar’s Green Room.

Step 2: Connect Your YouTube Channel

  1. In the EasyCast tab, click Add Platform and select YouTube.

  2. Sign in using Google SSO (Single Sign-On).

  3. Choose the Google account and YouTube channel you want to connect.

  4. Approve permissions and confirm.

Your connected channel will appear under Connected Platforms. Multiple YouTube accounts can be added for flexible broadcasting.

Step 3: Go Live from the Green Room

When it’s time to stream:

  1. Start your live webinar and enter the Green Room.

  2. On the top bar (next to camera and settings icons), click EasyCast.

  3. Toggle on the YouTube channel you want to stream to.

The toggle ensures that when you click “Go Live,” your webinar automatically streams to YouTube, no extra setup inside YouTube.

Step 4: Verify Your Stream (Improved)

You don’t have to leave EasyWebinar to confirm the stream.
When you enable the YouTube toggle:

  • A hyperlink appears below the channel name.

  • Click it to open the live stream directly on YouTube in a new tab.

You can also visit your YouTube channel profile, your webinar will already appear as a live stream in progress.

✅ No need to search in YouTube Studio. The direct link gives you an instant view

of your live broadcast.

Advanced Option: Broadcast Anywhere with Custom RTMP

The new Custom RTMP feature lets you stream your webinar to virtually any live-streaming platform that provides an RTMP server URL and stream key.

How to use it:

  1. In the EasyCast tab, click Add Platform → Custom RTMP.

  2. Enter the RTMP URL and Stream Key provided by your destination platform.

  3. Save the connection and toggle it on in the Green Room, just like YouTube.

This works with (but is not limited to):

  • Twitch

  • OBS Studio

  • StreamYard

  • Vimeo Live

  • Restream

  • Facebook Live (via RTMP until native integration is ready)

  • Any other service that supports RTMP

💡Example: If you create a live event in Twitch or Vimeo, you’ll get a custom RTMP URL and key. Enter them here and EasyCast will push your webinar stream to that service.

Coming Soon

We’re actively expanding EasyCast with native integrations for:

  • LinkedIn Live

  • Facebook Live

  • Instagram Live

These will let you go live on those platforms without entering RTMP details.
