This guide walks you through how to upload a video directly to EasyWebinar and use it across Simulive, Evergreen, and even Live webinars.

Updated yesterday

EasyWebinar now allows you to upload videos directly to its servers, eliminating the need to rely solely on external platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Amazon S3, or direct MP4 links. Once uploaded, your video can be reused across multiple webinar types, saving time and simplifying your workflow.

  1. Log in to your EasyWebinar account.

  2. Navigate to the Library section.

  3. Choose a video file from your computer.

  5. Click Upload Video to begin the process.

Step 3: Wait for Upload and Optimization

  • The upload time typically takes 5–7 minutes, depending on the file size and video length.

  • After uploading, the video will undergo a short optimization process, which may take a few additional minutes.

Note: Larger files and longer videos will take more time to upload and process.

Step 4: Use the Video in Your Webinars

Once the video is uploaded, it becomes available across different webinar types:

Simulive and Evergreen Webinars

  • When creating a webinar, simply select your uploaded video from the library.

  • The video will appear as an available option during setup.
