Where Should You Add the Meta Pixel?
We recommend adding your Meta Pixel code to:
Registration Page
This helps track visitors who land on your webinar registration page.Thank You Page
This helps confirm when someone successfully registers for your webinar.
Adding the pixel to both pages gives you better tracking visibility for your funnel and ad performance.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Your Webinar
Log in to your EasyWebinar account and open the webinar where you want to add the Meta Pixel code.
Step 2: Go to the Customize Section
Once you are inside the webinar setup, click on the Customize section.
Step 3: Open Webinar Pages
Under the Customize section, select Webinar Pages.
Then click on View to open your webinar pages.
Step 4: Customize the Registration Page
Under the Registration Page, click on Customize.
This will open the page editor for your registration page.
Step 5: Open Page Settings
Inside the page editor, click on the Settings option.
From the first dropdown, select Page Settings.
Step 6: Go to Tracking Code
Inside Page Settings, open the Tracking Code section.
You will see a field where you can add code to the page header.
Step 7: Paste Your Meta Pixel Code
Paste your Facebook Meta Pixel code into the Header Code section.
This is where the Meta Pixel script should be added.
Step 8: Save and Publish
After pasting the code, click Save and Publish to apply the changes.
Your Meta Pixel code will now be added to that page.
Add the Pixel to Other Funnel Pages
You can repeat the same steps for your other webinar funnel pages, such as the Thank You Page.
To do this:
Open the page you want to update.
Click Customize.
Go to Settings.
Select Page Settings.
Open Tracking Code.
Paste the Meta Pixel code into the Header Code section.
Click Save and Publish.
We recommend adding the code at least to both the Registration Page and the Thank You Page.
Why Add the Pixel to the Thank You Page?
The Thank You Page loads after a user successfully registers for your webinar.
By placing the Meta Pixel code on this page, you can track completed registrations and confirm that your ads are generating webinar sign-ups.
How to Check If the Meta Pixel Is Working
We recommend installing the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension.
The Meta Pixel Helper allows you to check whether your Meta Pixel code is firing correctly on your EasyWebinar pages.
You can use it to:
Confirm if the pixel is active
Check whether the pixel is firing correctly
Identify basic setup issues
Troubleshoot tracking problems
After installing the extension, open your webinar registration page or thank you page and use the Meta Pixel Helper to verify the pixel status.
Important Notes
Make sure you paste the complete Meta Pixel code provided by Meta/Facebook.
The code should be added inside the Header Code section.
As a best practice, we recommend adding the Page View event to your registration page, and both the Page View and Lead events to your Thank You page. This setup provides more accurate conversion tracking and helps you measure registrations more effectively.
Do not forget to click Save and Publish after adding the code.
If you are tracking conversions, make sure the pixel is also added to the Thank You Page.
You can repeat the same process for each webinar funnel where you want tracking enabled.

To add your Meta Pixel code in EasyWebinar:
Go to Webinar > Customize > Webinar Pages > Customize Page > Settings > Page Settings > Tracking Code, then paste your Meta Pixel code into the Header Code section and click Save and Publish.
