How to Add Images to Emails in the EasyWebinar Email Builder

This guide walks you through the process of adding images to your emails using the EasyWebinar Email Builder.

Step 1: Upload Your Image to the Media Library

Before adding an image to an email, you must first upload it to EasyWebinar’s media library.

  1. Navigate to Libraries.

  2. Select Images.

  3. Click Add Media.

  4. Choose the image you want to upload from your local device.

  5. Once uploaded, the image will be stored in your image library.

Note: The image must be available on your local system before uploading.


Step 2: Copy the Image URL

After the image is uploaded:

  1. Locate the uploaded image in the library.

  2. Click the three-dot menu on the image.

  3. Select Copy Link to copy the image URL.


Step 3: Open the Email Builder

  1. Go to the Webinars section.

  2. Navigate to Emails.

  3. Choose the email type you want to edit (for example, a reminder email).

  4. Click Edit to open the Email Builder.


Step 4: Insert the Image into the Email

  1. Click inside the email editor where you want the image to appear.

  2. Select the Picture (image) option.

  3. Paste the image URL you copied earlier.

  4. Click Insert Image.

The image will now appear in your email at the selected location.


Step 5: Save Your Changes

Once you’ve added the image and completed your edits, make sure to click Save to apply the changes.
