V2 - Live Webinar Overview Section

The live webinar overview section provides a complete snapshot of your webinar’s performance and scheduling settings. From here, you can view visitor and registration data, manage your schedule, update your settings, and review upcoming and past sessions.

1. Understanding the Overview Dashboard

When you access the Webinar Overview page, you’ll see a summary of key webinar metrics:

  • Unique Visitors: Displays the total number of distinct visitors who have viewed your webinar registration page.

  • Registrations: Shows how many users have successfully registered for your webinar.

These metrics help you monitor engagement and track the effectiveness of your promotional efforts.


2. Managing Webinar Scheduling

To edit your webinar schedule:

  1. Click on the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the overview section.

  2. Select Edit Schedule from the dropdown menu.

  3. Choose the time zone that your webinar will run in.

  4. Select the frequency of your webinar:

    • Specific Day: Runs on a one-time scheduled date.

    • Daily: Runs every day at the selected time.

    • Weekly: Runs on selected days of the week.

  5. Set the start date of your webinar.

Once your selections are complete, click Update Schedule to save your changes.


3. Editing Webinar Settings

Under the Edit Settings option, you can customize how your webinar sessions appear on the registration page.

  • Number of Sessions Displayed: Choose how many upcoming sessions should be visible to your registrants.

  • After updating this option, click Update Schedule to apply the changes.

You can also add Co-Presenters and Moderators here:

  1. Click Add New.

  2. Enter the full name and email address of the participant.

  3. Choose their role — Co-Presenter or Moderator.

  4. Click Save Changes to confirm.


4. Viewing Sessions

At the bottom of the Overview section, you’ll find three tabs that organize your webinars by status:

  • Upcoming Sessions: Displays all scheduled webinars that are yet to occur.

  • Past Sessions: Shows completed webinars along with key analytics such as:

    • Number of people registered, attended, and missed.

    • Overall attendance rate for each session.

  • Canceled Sessions: Lists webinars that have been canceled.


5. Summary

The Webinar Overview section acts as your central hub for managing and analyzing your webinars. From tracking visitors and registrations to adjusting schedules and viewing performance metrics, everything you need to monitor your events is available in one place.
