There are different colors that highlight what you are or can edited. They will wrap around them like a box.
Blue box are the section widths of the page ( full width or boxed )
Green is the next box to add in columns within the blue section
Orange boxes are content type elements within columns in a green box
You can only move orange content type pieces within the same Green section. You cannot move them outside of the blue at this time.
