How to Cancel Your EasyWebinar Subscription

This guide walks you through the complete process of canceling your EasyWebinar subscription, along with alternative options you may want to consider before proceeding.

Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Settings

  • From your dashboard, go to the Admin Center

  • Click on Subscription from the left-hand menu


Step 2: Open Subscription Details

  • Select “View Details & Upgrade”

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page


Step 3: Click on “Cancel Subscription”

  • At the bottom of the page, click the “Cancel Subscription” button


Step 4: Review Available Options

Before canceling, you’ll be presented with a few alternatives:

Option 1: Pause Your Account

  • Ideal if you plan to return later

  • Keeps all your data (contacts, webinars, and recordings) intact

  • Allows you to resume without starting over

Option 2: Explore Other Plans

  • View lower-cost plans that may better suit your needs

Option 3: Downgrade to Free Plan

  • Switch to a free plan if available

Option 4: Proceed with Cancellation

  • Continue with full cancellation if none of the above options work for you


Step 5: Confirm Cancellation

  • Select “Cancel Subscription” again

  • Provide a reason for cancellation (this helps improve the platform)


Step 6: Final Confirmation

  • Click the final “Cancel Subscription” button

Once completed:

  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately

  • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles


Important Notes

  • Consider the Pause option if you want to retain your data for future use

  • Cancellation is instant, so ensure you’ve exported any necessary data beforehand
