Overview
EasyWebinar's AI connector lets you manage your webinars by chatting with an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. Instead of clicking through the dashboard, you can ask in plain language, for example: "Show my upcoming webinar sessions" or "Add a poll to my next webinar."
You sign in with your own EasyWebinar login. The assistant only works with your own account, and it uses the same permissions you have.
This guide walks you through connecting, what you can do, and how to disconnect.
What Can You Do With the AI Connector?
Once connected, you can ask the assistant to:
Webinars
List your webinars and upcoming sessions
Create and schedule live, simulive and evergreen webinars
Show registration links and webinar details
Pages and emails
Write and publish registration, thank-you and waiting-room pages in your brand
Write reminder and follow-up emails
Engagement
Add polls and offers to a webinar
Teach your AI Moderator your FAQs
Analytics
See registrations, attendance and attendance rate
Compare how your webinars performed
Connecting EasyWebinar to ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT and go to Settings → Apps.
Search for EasyWebinar and click Connect.
The EasyWebinar login page opens. Sign in with your EasyWebinar email and password.
Approve access. You'll return to ChatGPT, connected.
Start a new chat and try: "Show my upcoming webinar sessions."
Connecting EasyWebinar to Claude
Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
Click Browse connectors, search for EasyWebinar, and click Connect.
Sign in with your EasyWebinar email and password.
Approve access. You'll return to Claude, connected.
Start a new chat and try: "Show my upcoming webinar sessions."
Important: If you have more than one EasyWebinar account, make sure you sign in with the account you want the assistant to work with.
Example Prompts to Try
"Show my upcoming webinar sessions."
"How many people registered for my last webinar, and how many attended?"
"Create a live webinar called 'Spring Launch' next Thursday at 6 PM."
"Write the welcome email, three reminders and two follow-ups for my next webinar."
"Add a poll to my next webinar asking which topic attendees want covered first."
"Teach my AI Moderator our FAQ: [paste your FAQ]."
How Changes Work
The assistant can read your account freely, but every action that creates, changes, publishes or deletes something is marked, so the assistant asks you before it runs.
Important: Pages and emails saved through the assistant go live and are sent to your registrants, just as if you had made them in the EasyWebinar dashboard. Review what the assistant shows you before you approve.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time, and access ends right away.
ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → EasyWebinar → Disconnect
Claude: Settings → Connectors → EasyWebinar → Disconnect
Privacy and Your Data
We do not store your conversations with the assistant, and we do not use your data to train AI models. For full details, see the AI assistants section of our Privacy Policy.
Best Practices
Be specific: Name the webinar you mean, for example "my Spring Launch webinar".
Review before approving: Check pages, emails and schedules before you say yes.
One change at a time: For edits, finish one change before asking for the next.
Save your brand first: Save your brand and business profile in EasyWebinar, so the assistant writes content that fits your business.
