Whether you're sharing a slide deck, a PDF, a video, or your screen, the Spotlight feature gives you the flexibility to toggle between your content and your camera feed—seamlessly and in real-time.
🎯 What Is the Spotlight Feature?
The Spotlight feature allows hosts to take control of the viewing experience by bringing the host’s camera feed to the main screen—even while sharing content.
Previously, when a file or screen was shared during a webinar, the host’s camera would automatically shrink to a small thumbnail view. With Spotlight, you can now elevate your camera feed to the main screen at any point during the presentation. This helps keep your delivery more personal, human, and impactful—especially when you want to emphasize a point, engage with your audience face-to-face, or simply break up the monotony of slides.
💡 How Does It Work?
Using Spotlight is simple and intuitive:
Start your live webinar and begin sharing your content—this could be a presentation file, a PDF, a video, or even a shared screen.
By default, your shared content will appear on the main screen, and your camera feed will move to a smaller tile.
To bring your camera back into focus, click the three dots on your camera feed tile.
Select “Spotlight”, and voilà—your camera feed takes center stage!
You can toggle back and forth between your content and your camera as often as needed, creating a smooth, professional, and highly engaging experience for your attendees.
