Email notifications are classified into 2 types (before & after):

  1. Before the webinar

    • Webinar reminders

  2. After the webinar

    • Webinar follow-ups

    • Power follow-ups

To start setting up your email notifications, just simply click on the “Add New” button on each section.

These notifications are loaded with a basic template. But if you want to customize your message, just simply click on the (3 dots) icon and select “Edit”

Editing your email notifications will take you to our “Email builder” page. From here, you can change the content of your message, set the time-trigger and recipients.
