Did you just pull out a report and perhaps the data within it is not displaying correctly?

It may be a unicode setting within your csv tool.

Please see the images below to change settings and have it displayed correctly.

Try to re-save that file from within your CSV tool with a UTF-8 encoding? This could be caused by a computer/software keyboard language difference..
