There are 2 main sections of the email builder.

  1. Output / Preview

  2. Settings / Content

    • Recipient(s)

    • Time Trigger

    • Email Style

    • Shortcodes

Target Recipients
This feature allows you to select a group of registrants who will receive this particular email message based on action or inaction of what they did through your webinar funnel.

Below are the list of recipient group tags available for each notification type :

Time Trigger
Yes! Whether it’s “Before / After” notifications, you can definitely customize the time when to send that message. Keep in mind that the xx number of [days/hours/minutes] signifies on the type of notification you are sending.

Example :

  1. Webinar Reminder - sends the message 1 day before the webinar start time

  2. Webinar Follow up - sends the message 1 day after the webinar has ended

  3. Power Follow up - sends the message 1 day after the webinar has ended

Email Style
You can start editing the content by using the “Default-style” or “Custom-html” depending on your preference.

Default-style offers the fastest and easiest way to do this. While custom-html allows you to manually manipulate the contents through an HTML code.

Email Shortcodes
Personalizing your email has never been easier with the help of our shortcodes. This will greatly save time and effort as our system will automatically populate these values according to each attendee’s registration information.
